Virtual Mixtape #8 – Lucy Roleff

Melbourne songstress Lucy Roleff makes  delicate and intimate contemporary folk music with a timeless beauty. Her delicate melodies sit atop elegantly restrained accompaniment, allowing the songs to carve their own path, like water gradually eroding jagged rock into polished smooth surfaces.

Her debut full-length, This Paradise, was recorded with acclaimed producer Tony Dupé at his home studio in South Gippsland and is set for release on July 15th via Lost and Lonesome.

For her contribution to the Virtual Mixtape series Lucy has chosen 5 of her favourite female voices from the past 5 decades. Head over to to check her selection here
