The wonderful Sound Doctrine have premiered the second single from Setec’s forthcoming album Brittle as Bones, which is due out on August 18th.
We previously shared lead single Water or Concrete which showcased the delicate beauty of Setec’s music, whereas second single Lumen Lake finds him in full indie pop mode with its galloping energy and infectious vocal harmonies.

We are extremely excited to welcome Setec (aka Sydney-based multi-instrumentalist Joshua Gibbs) to the Feral family.
Joshua has been making music under the Setec moniker since 2012 and first came to our attention via the amazing I’ll Be Good EP.
Setec’s music is a joyous, intimate affair combining found-sound percussion with looped acoustic instruments, long-forgotten samples and cascading vocal layers to create a unique and compelling sonic universe.
We will be releasing his debut full-length Brittle As Bones next month. In the meantime you can listen to Water or Concrete, the first single from the album via the player below.
