Sun Damage is a summery six-track mini-album of power pop soulfulness, gaffer taped together by the DIY aesthetic that drives the band.
Recorded by Abe Seiferth (Yeasayer, Eleanor Friedberger) in his Greenpoint, Brooklyn studio, Sun Damage recalls the post punk pop of The Chills, Psychedelic Furs, and Go Betweens, the poetic minimalism of Luna and even the clean guitar interplay of Pavement.
